本機主要是由清理室、室內輸送輥道與進出輸送輥道、拋丸器、彈丸循環系統 ( 含提升機、分離器、縱橫螺旋輸送器和供丸管道 ) 、吹掃機構、除塵、電氣控制等功能部件組成。

◆產品原理 Product principle

為連續送料的高功能連續作業清理機，在清理過程中由電氣控制的可變頻調速的輸送輥道將鋼結構件或鋼材、鋼板送進清理機室體內拋射區時，其周身各面受到來自八臺不同坐標方位的拋丸器的強力密集彈丸的打擊與磨擦，使其上的氧化銹層及污物迅速脫落，鋼材表面就獲得具有一定粗糙度的光潔表面。落入鋼材上面的彈丸與銹塵經回收螺旋輸送到彈丸循環系統，在清理室外兩邊輥道裝卸工件。清理過程中，撒落下來的丸塵混合物經室體漏斗、縱橫向螺旋輸送機匯集于提升機下部，再提升到機器上部的分離器里，分離后的純凈彈丸落入分離器料斗中，供拋丸循環使用。拋丸清理中產生塵埃，由抽風管送向除塵系統，凈化處理后的凈氣排放到大氣中；顆粒狀塵埃，由抽風管送向除塵系統，凈化處理后的凈氣排放到大氣中，顆粒狀塵埃被捕捉收集。
