◆產(chǎn)品簡介 Product introduction

鋼材預(yù)處理線工藝是指鋼材在加工前(即原材料狀態(tài))進(jìn)行表面拋丸除銹并涂上一層保護(hù)底漆的加工工藝。鋼材經(jīng)過預(yù)處理可以提高機(jī)械產(chǎn)品和金屬構(gòu)件的抗腐蝕能力，提高鋼板的抗疲勞性能，延長其使用壽命；同時還可以優(yōu)化鋼材表面工藝制作狀態(tài)，有利于數(shù)控切割機(jī)下料和精密落料。此外，由于加工前鋼材形狀比較規(guī)則，有利于機(jī)械除銹和自動化噴漆，因此采用鋼材預(yù)處理可大大提高清理工作的效率，減輕清理工作的勞動強(qiáng)度和對環(huán)境的污染。

鋼板預(yù)處理線設(shè)備主要利用拋丸器高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪將鋼丸(彈丸)加速拋打至工件表面。對工件進(jìn)行沖擊、刮削，以消除工件表面的銹層，氧化皮和污物，使表面達(dá)到一定的粗糙度。提高了漆膜與鋼材表面的附著力，相應(yīng)提高了產(chǎn)品抗腐蝕能力和表面質(zhì)量，改進(jìn)和提高產(chǎn)品的外觀質(zhì)量和內(nèi)在質(zhì)量，大大減輕清理工作的勞動強(qiáng)度和環(huán)境污染、該產(chǎn)品是船舶，橋梁、機(jī)車車輛、工程機(jī)械化工設(shè)備以及鍋爐制造行業(yè)的必需工業(yè)裝備。

工件輸送系統(tǒng)

1. 工件輸送系統(tǒng)變頻無級調(diào)速，各工部既可同步運轉(zhuǎn)，又可獨立動作；

2. 拋丸室輥道裝有特殊材料耐磨護(hù)套；

3. 板鏈輸送器 “V”型結(jié)構(gòu)，噴漆后鋼板短線接觸，以避免漆膜破壞。

拋丸清理

1. 工件測高采用光電開關(guān)及制動電機(jī)，在拋丸室外，防粉塵干擾；

2. 工件測寬裝置，自動調(diào)節(jié)供丸閘開啟數(shù)量；

3. 采用懸臂離心式拋丸器，拋丸器布置經(jīng)過計算機(jī)仿真。

    彈丸避開輥道，工件覆蓋均勻一致。

彈丸清掃

1. 滾掃、側(cè)掃及高壓風(fēng)機(jī)吹掃丸料循環(huán)凈化采用滿幕簾風(fēng)選分離器；

2. 采用專用聚脂線芯提升機(jī)傳動帶；

3. 采用氣控彈丸控制器；

4. 彈丸循環(huán)系統(tǒng)各動力點設(shè)故障報警功能。

拋丸除塵系統(tǒng)

1. 選用旋風(fēng)、布袋集成式除塵器。

電氣控制系統(tǒng)

1. PLC控制，上位機(jī)（微機(jī)）動態(tài)模擬監(jiān)控了；

2. 循環(huán)系統(tǒng)故障報警功能；
