2. 油過濾器采用航空用高端材料過濾的旋裝式油過濾器，效果比常規濾芯高20%,有效延長主機正常使用壽命。
3. 超大容量的油氣分離器，品質優越的油氣分離元件和氣、液過濾元件，配以三次油氣分離，含油量控制在3ppm以下，保證壓縮空氣的高質量。

冷凍式空氣干燥機
◆ 工作原理 Working principle
冷干機是根據冷凍除濕原理，利用全封閉壓縮式制冷系統，對經空壓機排出的壓縮氣體冷卻降溫，使其中所含的大量飽和水蒸氣、油霧凝結液滴，經過經汽水分離后由自動排水器排出，在較高溫度的飽和壓縮氣體進入冷干機的預冷器，在預冷器中與來自蒸發器的干冷氣體進行熱交換，降低溫度后進入制冷系統的蒸發器，與冷媒汽進行第二次熱交換，使本身溫度降到接近于冷媒的蒸發溫度，在兩次降溫過程中，壓縮氣體中的水蒸汽得以凝結成液態水滴并隨氣流進入氣水分離器，分離下來的液態水經自動排水器排出機外，溫度較低的干燥壓縮氣體進入預冷器，與剛進入的濕飽和氣體進行熱交換，使本身溫度得到提高，從而在冷干機排氣口得到含水量較低（即露點較低）、相對濕度也很低的干燥壓縮氣體。冷凍式干燥機由于工作可靠、管理方便、運行費用低廉而成為各行業空壓站房凈化設備的常選機型。
